I Look for work environments that emphasize:

  Opportunities for innovation and originality
  Job content variety
  A passion for ideas and issues
  Order, predictability
  An emphasis on in-depth planning and analysis
  Sensibleness and caution
  Friendly, pleasant work relationships
  Social subtlety and tactfulness
  Roles where skepticism is an asset
  Collaboration, interaction with co-workers

As a creative person, I would be happiest in a job that emphasized innovative thinking and originality rather than just implementing or executing the ideas of other people. This might involve the development or improvement of processes or products and would value "quick thinking skills".

Rather than specializing in a specific area, I am knowledgeable about a variety of topics, and can be involved in a number of different types and tasks. I am happiest in jobs where I must know (or learn) something about various things and where the job requirements are varied and frequently changing.

I am a sensitive and perceptive person who can have strong feelings and intuitions about issues. For the important things, I am capable of being passionate. In the right job, this capacity for passion is a source of great satisfaction.

I like a lightly structured, predictable work environment. I prefer a job where my tasks and responsibilities are clearly defined yet where I have control over my daily activities.
It is important to me that I be able to carefully consider the issues and plan my course before taking action. I make sure that I choose a job in which these characteristics are valued and I have the time to weigh the consequences of my actions before I act.
I tend to be careful and cautious in my work. I am likely to prefer a job where I can avoid taking unnecessary risks.

I prefer to manage my own time, yet enjoy a position where I can coordinate and collaborate with others to get the job done. I have a cooperative and flexible approach with people who are friendly and agreeable. Even as I appreciate the importance of subtlety and tact in dealing with others, I tend to be careful in my view of people, and have a realistic view and some skepticism where it is appropriate.

I Avoid work environments that emphasize:

  Maintaining the status quo
  Spiritless thinking and cold logic
  Ambiguity, constant change
  Pressure to act before proper planning
