You may expedite needed services by prepaying us at this link.  Please copy and paste your desired services into an email to us, then designate your needed service in the request form at Paypal.  It will show as a donation, so you can submit the proper fees.

Rush Fees (Must be submitted by 3:00 PM EST Weekdays and 12:00 PM EST on Weekends/Holidays):

All of the prices listed above require 3-5 business days to process. We do offer rush services for an additional fee (See prices above). For a 24 hour turnaround, all projects must be submitted by 3:00 PM EST on weekdays and 12:00 PM EST on weekends/holidays. The turnaround time is dependent on the size of the project. Larger projects will require a longer period of time to complete.

We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Money Order, Cashier's E-Check, and Business Check. Paypal payments should be sent to the Clickable link above. A 3% surcharge will be assessed to Paypal payments.

All service payments prior to the commencement of services. For Individuals, projects require a 50% deposit. The remainder of the balance is due upon completion of the project. For companies, projects require a 50% deposit, then an invoice will be submitted with the completed work. Payment is due within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

A monthly late fee will be assessed to any overdue invoices. These fees are listed below:

3% Late Fee -- 15 Days Overdue
10% Late Fee -- 30 Days Overdue
15% Late Fee -- 60 Days Overdue
20% Late Fee -- 90 Days Overdue
For clients with on-going business, we offer several retainer plans.

20 hours per month: 10% discount off of hourly rate
40 hours per month: 15% discount off of hourly rate
60 hours per month: 20% discount off of hourly rate
Monthly retainer payments will be invoiced two weeks prior to the end of the month and are due and payable prior to the first of each month of service. Unused retainer hours are non-refundable. Retainer plans require a minimum two month contract.

Services that charge an hourly rate require a minimum of two hours. Services are billed in 1/2 hour increments. Services that charge by page count require a minimum of 5 typed pages.
